Bendigo Blues & Roots Music Festival Recap

Another festival is in the books, and I’d like to take this time to thank a few people. Firstly, the amazing staff at the Botanical Hotel Bendigo and Tooborac Hotel and Brewery for being so accommodating in hosting events for the festival outside the CBD. Next, a thanks to my fellow musicians who either came out to see me or just the took time to say hi before or after their set, and to my friends and followers in the Blues & Roots community who made an effort to come see my set at the Library on Saturday Morning and bought CDs from me.

Big thanks to Colin, Mary, Patrick and the entire Bendigo Blues & Roots committee for giving me the opportunity to not only play to a new audience, but also to come visit Bendigo, which is a beautiful gem of a city. I do hope to make it back either for a future festival or a headline show/pub set.

Finally, of course, huge thanks to Mum & Dad for their continued support, booking accomodation, driving me to all the gigs, helping to set up, pack up and sell merch, and always pushing me to be my best.

The journey continues this week with the Melbourne Guitar Night, Stage To Screen At Baxter’s Lot and the Clifton Hill Brewpub. See you all real soon!
